Hey RailsBridge folks!
There are a few awesome people getting ElmBridge off the ground, and they are looking for other people who might be interested in volunteering to make it happen! The first workshop is going to be in SF, but even if you're somewhere else, I'd love to put you in touch.
Elm is a functional programming language that compiles to JavaScript and has things like a
ridiculously helpful compiler, useful ports to interact with JavaScript libraries, and other rad features you can read about on their website.
If you're curious about helping with ElmBridge, please let me know and I'll put you in touch with the folks getting things started,
Aaron VonderHaar and
Richard Feldman :D
(Aaron and Richard both work at NoRedInk, which also employs the primary author of Elm, Evan Czaplicki, who I think will be involved with curriculum development, so that's neat, too!)
xoxo,
Lillie
