draft handout for workshop

I've uploaded in the files section of this google group drafts of the
handouts for Saturday in both Word and PDF. Sorry -- it was too much
work short term to make the wiki printable and deal with it offline.
I didn't end up addressing all of Ilen's feedback, but I think it is a
huge step forward.

If anyone has time to try the steps and proofread I would appreciate
it. They need to be printed in the morning EST, but I know some of
you are night owls.

FYI: Here's the PDF link -- document is now misnamed since it is not
just teacher notes, but targeted at attendees:

Suggested change...

My eyes have glazed over a little, but I'm pretty you need to
capitalize "batman". How would like being called "sarah"? I bet it'd
hurt quite a bit. Poor Batman.
