Muchas gracias a todos quien ayudar com el taller ayer. Yo escribía un blog post en ingles, y yo traducía parte, pero no tengo palabras para mucho. Si tienes un poco tiempo hoy, puedes leer y escribir mejor? Por ejemplo Tío Google traducía "sponsor" como "patrocinador" pero no se que es correcto.,

Taller en Español en SF
Este fin de semana, había el Taller en Español primero, en el <a href="http://mkf.org/">Mitch Kapor Foundation</a> en San Francisco. Carmen Díaz Echauri (<a href="http://twitter.com/#!/cucurucho">@cucurucho</a>), Director of Spanish Language Outreach, was the driving force behind making this happen.

Carmen enseña Sandra Vilaro sobre Ruby on Rails, con voluntario Raul Murciano de Heroku.
Hoy hay materiales para el taller (<a href="http://bit.ly/instalacion-rails">instalación</a> y <a href="http://www.wiki.devchix.com/index.php?title=Curriculum_Rails_3_ES">curriculo</a>) en Español, tenemos un <a href="http://groups.google.com/group/railsbridge-espanol?pli=1">google grupo en español</a> y <a href="http://railsbridge.org/es">el sito de railsbridge.org</a>.
El taller seguido el formato habitual, com una fiesta de instalación en la tarde de viernes. Un patrocinador <a href="http://www.change.org/">change.org</a> supplied stickers for participants who successfully installed, as well as funding the after-party which was a great networking event for teachers, students and everyone who helped make this event happen.

With great support of the local SF Ruby community, we were able to pair participants with experienced Rails engineers in a full day of coding on Saturday.

Carmen held two advance meetings where native Spanish speakers helped technical volunteers who were less fluent to review the technical Spanish needed for effectively teaching at this event.
