Railsbridge Boston Business Cards: if someone can design, I'll pay for it

When I meet people who would make great students or volunteers I tell them about Railsbridge Boston, but I have no RBB card to give them. A RBB business card would be very handy.

I will gladly donate the purchase of 1000s of these RBB business cards to distribute to RBB volunteers if someone can design them. Can we do this?

I like this idea - having something to hand folks could really help recruit participants. I may know a designer with a bit of free time. If y'all support this idea I could reach out and ask if she'd be willing to design a card.

I'm also a fan of this idea. I've told a number of people about the program, but feel it would be much more real to them if I could give them a card, or something other than just a hyperlink.

If Galia's contact doesn't have the time to commit, I may be able to do it, but I will need a good amount of feedback because my graphic design skills are rusty at best.

I really loved this logo, but I am also open to a fresh new logo for 2015. I leave it up to the community.

My coworker can do it sometime next week! I love that pyladies was able to tap their community for some creative ideas but I'm concerned about the lag time. Id love to get the cards printed as soon as we can.

Maggie/Jennifer is there a place we can see the pyladies cards for inspiration?

Also if anyone had any ideas please share them (either on this list or email me directly) by Tuesday & we'll try to incorporate them.

What do y'all think of also including info about Boston Ruby Women on the card?

ASAP sounds sweet to me too. I'm in favor of putting Boston Ruby Women on the card too. What about one organization per side? The blank side of business cards is such a waste of tree.

Here's a company that can print double sided cards. You just upload the images. 300dpi tiff, jpg, or eps. It's got the bleed and size dimensions.
