New story to add to Pivotal Tracker

After watching the back and forth on food for the upcoming Workshop it seems like we should add a story for food vendor and price of food for the event so organizers can see a history of how much was paid for lunch in the past and who provided the food for the workshop.  It may also be worth while to add the number of "actual" attendees since there seems to be an unknown typical number of no shows and people who show up that didn't register or RSVP.  Should I add the story or is there someone that is specifically managing the Tracker?

Why don't you put it in the icebox? It's great to keep track of these ideas, but I really want us to have an app that is usable at all before we further optimize the organizer experience.
