This is not exactly (necessarily) a Rails-related post, but this list has been so low-traffic for so long, that hopefully nobody minds :)
Dynamo, the consultancy I've been working at for the past year and a half or so, is expanding and needs a few backend/fullstack developers. I'm going to be straight with you here: We really don't use Rails at all, but we do most of our work in Django (which is probably Rails' favorite cousin), which is why I hope this may be interesting to someone here. We also use Go and and some other backend technologies, and a range of front-end web technologies when needed. Dynamo is mostly focused on building mobile apps, so many of our projects don't require much web frontend work at all, but all need solid backend work.
