A empresa onde eu trabalho (http://tweek.tv) está em busca de desenvolvedores para trabalhar remotamente. A descrição da vaga é a seguinte:
What we are looking for:
Good English communication (both spoken and written)
Want to be part of a team
Don’t need a manager telling you what to do
Build systems that are simple and scale
Understand the importance of Testing
Advanced Ruby and Rails experience
Relational database experience specifically with Postgres
Experience with HTML and CSS
Javascript (and at least one library like: jQuery and Zepto)
Work at least 4 hours in 9am-5pm CET time-zone
Plus:
You have contributed to an open source project
You have worked in an API development
You have a pet project (it can be in any subject)
What we offer:
Work in an international team
Help to shape the product and upcoming development
€1500 - 1800/month (DOE)
Full-time (8 hours/day) as contractor
Work from anywhere
Vacation (25 working days)

Olá Felipe e pessoal da lista.
Várias pessoas me deram este feedback (em privado) e eu levei isto para o pessoal. Eu confesso que foi totalmente meu erro definir este valor, baseado nas minhas experiências trabalhando remotamente do Brasil (a três anos atrás).
Para o pessoal que esta interessado em fazer parte da Tweek e possui o perfil descrito na descrição da vaga, pode ficar a vontade para enviar as informações para mim. A Tweek está disposta a pagar o que for justo para os candidatos que a gente acredite ser certo para o time.
Eu fico disponível para tratar sobre qualquer assunto relacionado com a oferta e também sobre a empresa em si.
