Much like our job posting recommendations, here's some further notes for people posting when they're looking for developers to join their start-up (whether that's just as a developer, or as a co-founder, or anything really).

* Follow the job posting guidelines:

* Use the [Startup] prefix instead of [Job]
* Being upfront about whether it's equity only, equity plus payment, or payment is recommended.
