This years JAOO Australia Conference (Sydney May 5-8 and Brisbane May
11-14) has some speakers that may be of interest to people working in
Ruby:

1. Avi Bryant Ruby/ST and Gemstone
2. Nic Williams
3. Glenn Vanderburg from Relevance

Joe Duffy from Microsoft will also be presenting, which will interest
people following .NET and the CLR

Including your good self, it seems. Douglas Crockford will also be
there, presumably talking about large-scale use of Javascript and his
usual concerns about locking down the language (and probably
encouraging use of ADsafe in the process). For a full list of all the
other speakers, you can find it on the JAOO Sydney 2009 speaker page
[1].

I'll be speaking, but not about Ruby. I know other things better than I know Ruby :-)
