[JOB] Ruby on Rails Developer - 3 Month Contract - Potential for part-time/Telecommute (for discussion)

Hi all,
We are currently on the hunt for a Ruby on Rails Developer for a client in Sydney for an initial 3 months. The client wants the candidate full time, but depending on the candidate and their situation, there is some flexibility for perhaps part-time and/or telecommute. Of course, this dependent on how the interview goes and how comfortable the client is with your skill set, nevertheless, the option is there. Based in Sydney and paying between $450-$600 per day...I will be honest...the sweet spot is $500 per day....to get above that will be difficult (but not impossible)..and of course if you go for $450, you will be way ahead of others going for a higher rate (especially if your skills are comparable). Essentially what I am saying is that you will be paid upon experience, where your final rate depends on what you value your skills at compared to what the client values your skills at....which is generally the case anyway :)

* Great communication skills (written/verbal)
* Team player
* Results focused/Task focused
