OT: SaaS store shopping cart features

Hi,

Apologies to be off-topic. My latest client has some fairly detailed but not surprising requirements for a shopping cart service. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to find a provider that offers everything we need. Our closest match is BigCommerce (and I'm very negative about their product).

This is our ideal shopping list for a shopping cart system!

Has anyone found all of these things in one place? 

I've emailed Shopify to ask about how much logic I can insert into the shopping process. Waiting for a reply.
