Iteration-based Contracts

Hey everyone,

Wondering if there are any good resources or information out there
about drawing up iteration-based contracts. I follow an agile
process, and I'd rather use something where the client and I agree on
short, self-contained dev cycles instead of a big, nebulous hourly
contract, or worse, a fixed-bid project.

One thing that we do is a big overall consulting agreement to be supplemented by Statements of Work that cover either each iteration or a subset of them - best of both worlds.
