How to make rails shop more transparent to the outside world ?

What we have found over time is that most prospective clients are also
interested in HOW we do stuff instead of WHAT we are doing or have
done in past.

If we look at good rails consulting companies around the world, one
thing that distinguishes them is openness and transparency in the way
they build some good complex web apps.

For example - Hashrocket has distinguished itself from other rails
companies by becoming more transparent in more than one way :
