Possible benefits solution for small and solo dev shops

So, this is not an endorsement or anything, but a good friend who was researching the whole benefits-for-entrepeneurs thing said that this was the solution he found: http://www.mybackoffice.biz/index.shtml

They are a PEO (professional employer organization), but unlike most PEO's, who lease you back to yourself as an employee with benefits, they do not turn away solo or small (less than 4 people) shops. Hope this helps someone else out there, as lack of benefits was the primary thing that got me back into a more traditional gig.
