New Client Checklist?

I'm getting back into doing contracting, and I was wondering if other hourly contractors would like to share their new client checklist.

Hi Aaron,

When you are referrring to new client checklist , are you talking
about a to-do list when you win a new project or are you talking about
a way to filter good clients from all the leads you have got ?

What exactly is a new client checklist?

Thanks for sharing that.  I had in mind the to-do list you go through for a lead to become a client.  For instance, mine is currently:

• Physical address, full name, cell phone & email of primary contact
• NDA
• Establish Invoice & Payment Process
• Create project in time-tracking software
• Set up mail filters
