Be sure to get the 2nd edition. The first edition's title ends with
"and Colonization." You want the one whose title ends with "and
Settlement."

The book is the most comprehensive look yet at how we could develop
the Moon's resources and establish a real civilian frontier, with
railroads being the driving infrastructure.
