Two new illustrated pages to start design discussion

There are two new pages, today, March 13, 2008. Look for both in the
files area.
(1) File title "lowering_cog.htm" is about lowering the center of
gravity, a priority design goal for lunar and Martian railroad
systems, given the conditions on both worlds. Let's have some input,
suggestions for improvement, counter suggestions!
(2) File title "module_transport.htm" is about shipping locally made
pressurized habitat modules to new outpost/settlement sites, by rail,
of course. Again, this is to start brainstorming of options in
earnest. Have fun, feedback, counter suggestions, etc.
