UTF-7 not working with CFPOP from hotmail/exchange

When bounced mail comes back to the failto address the messages are in UTF-7 format that is not understood by coldfusion (java actually). You have to install a jar with extra charsets.. is it possible that this will be a "standard" include in an upcoming Railo version??

where did you put the JAR file in railo for it to work ? I tried almost every lib folder with a railo restart without success .....

I just found out :

the jar need to be placed in :

/opt/railo/jdk/jre/lib/ext/
