Getting the below error when trying to access cold fusion pages. All these pages worked until our CF developer departed the company. Please help. We've tried all the suggestions via google search but to no avail.

You installation seems to be configured to use the ISAPI redirector to manage communication between Tomcat and IIS. It is an older way for Railo before 3.1.4.
You registed IIS handlers (in the handlers feature for IIS7+) providing the path to the jk-dlls using the .cfm extension.

For some reason the required dll libraries are no longer present.
You can go to Apache and download the correct version and copy them to the initial directory. (Check the handler mapping to see where).
e.g. for Win32:

If that doesn't resolve the issue can you share
what version of things are you running (Railo, Windows, IIS etc). Also your configuration of your handler mapping and your web.config file for your IIS site.
Also you could bypass IIS if this is not something you need.
