Too much spam here. Any tools to avoid it?

I've switched on the option to "moderate posts by new members", we'll
see if that improves things. Many of the spammers, though, register,
then sit idle for a few weeks before posting. I don't know whether
Google's filtering will catch that.

We could moderate *all* posts, but that would need more moderators.
