ArgumentError in UsersController#authenticate

Hi there,

I am a postgraduate student at the University of Aberdeen and part of
the group participating in the Railfrog project.

I have done all the necessary downloads to do the railfrog project
i.e: git, ruby, rubygems and mysqlgui.

However, when I run the server, run the browser (localhost:3000/admin)
and enter my details + press enter, I get the above error message.
Also when I refresh the browser I get another error message saying:
(there is a problem with ruby interpreter CUI).

My Project Supervisor Dr Bruce is aware of this and adviser that I
contact you as he tried to help but coudn't.

Please kindly advise on what to do or what I am doing wrong and should
be doing

Welcome here! You've come to the right place.

We are just about to update the git repository with a new
reorganisation of the existing code base, that should allow you to get
started in a much more straight forward way.

Hi Kamal,

Glad to hear you're planning to get involved. A few things to check.

First, were there any error messages when you did
git clone git://github.com/railfrog/railfrogcms.git
cd railfrogcms
git submodule update --init
rake _0.7.3_ db:migrate
?

If there were no errors, please try:

script/console

and report any errors back here.

What OS are you on? Windows? Linux? Mac?

If you are able to join IRC, on Freenode channel #railfrog, I'll be
around later this afternoon, maybe others too.

Please could you also post your config/database.yml file? With password
changed to '*******' of course ;-)

Also, make sure you are using Ruby 1.8.6

Ruby 1.8.7 doesn't work for us (yet!)
