Cutover PM - Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion Applications : Experienced Project Manager to Lead Transition from Project to Final Release to Users
Responsibilities:
· Join existing Project PMs to Build the Oracle Cloud ERP Cutover and Execute the Release to Users
· Define Oracle Cloud ERP Transition Strategy
· Create and Execute Oracle Cloud ERP ecosystem Patch Management Plan
· Adopt Client's Oracle Cloud ERP Configuration Management Control Plan
· Integrate Client’s business and accounting calendar to cutover schedule
· Negotiate, Publish, Manage Transition and Contingency Plan
· Create, Publish detailed one month cutover schedule, detailed WBS, assignments
· Publish Oracle Cloud ERP Production Support Design
· Write Communication Plan (users, super users, exec, IT, support), Create Distribution Lists
· Build Documentation Library of all Deliverables, Migrate to Support
· Implement Oracle Cloud ERP Production Support Infrastructure
· Accept Oracle Cloud ERP Test Results, Exit Oracle Cloud ERP UAT
· Prepare Oracle Cloud ERP Production Environment
· Direct the Set Up Oracle Cloud ERP Applications, Verify
· Manage Install Data Conversion Programs
· Supervise Convert Legacy Master & Transactional Data, Verify Data
· Oversee Install and Enable all Oracle Cloud ERP Interfaces
· Control Perform System Integration Smoke Tests
· Engage Oracle vendor support and CSM for go-live event
· Escalate 24/7 internal and contracted application, technical Production Support
· Direct to Verify Information Access Profiles, Oracle Cloud ERP Security Build
· Manage Enable security access for applications and technical
· Supervise Verify both open and closed security access points
· Distribute Oracle Cloud ERP URL, Release access, instructions
· Conduct & Manage Training rollout, class schedules, training materials, job aides
· Monitor Client's Org Change Management execution
· Verify Oracle Cloud ERP Production Readiness
· Execute Rollout / Go-Live
· Communicate!, Communicate!, Communicate! at all steps to appropriate Distribution Lists
· Close Oracle Cloud ERP Configuration Management, End Prod Access
· Assess Oracle Cloud ERP Production status
· Decommission Former Systems,
· Administer Archive Legacy Data
· Archive Project Workbook, Working Files
· Id, Document and Publish future Oracle Cloud ERP Enhancements
· Close Project Financials
· Conduct Post-Production Risk Assessment
· Produce Final Issue and Problem Report and Close Log(s)
· Release Staff, End System Access
