Hello,

I am out of India and visit Pune once a year.

My flat A 204 is not offered to anyone on rent.

It is quite disturbing and sad to know that the security guards have been seriously injured while executing their duty.

I hope the security company is catering to their medical requirements.

In case a contribution is required to be made to assist medical expenditure and wellbeing kindly do detail the same.

Best Regards
Ashish

Dear Raheja Vista Phase-1 Apartment Owners,

Its highly disturbing to note the occurrence of incidence involving injury to our security guard by the violent mob caused by foreign students staying in out society on rent. Everyone must abide by the society rule of not renting the apartment to  foreign nationals / bachelors / anti-social elements. Copy of rent agreement must be submitted to nearby police station for information to the poice.

I hereby confirm that I shall never rent my apartment (A-202) to foreign nationals / bachelors / anti-social elements.

Regards,

Sanjay Gharmalkar

Dear all,

We as the owners of on of the flat in A building are saddened to learn this unfortunate incident .We fully support you in that such elements should not be given the flats for rent.

Sorry we are not there in person as we live out side India and visit Pune once a year. But we support you and hope all the landlords will abide by your proposals.

I am a member of A Bldg  A 101 and I am dismayed at the unfortunate incident which took place. I am in full agreement that no foreigners should be kept on rentals under any circumstances. Now that police clearance is a must we may not see another incident of this nature.

Dear Friends,
What an unfortunate event!
Lesson to be learnt is to have a policy by which we avoid taking foreigners /bachelors as tenants. Anyway police clearance is a must. Also clearance from the society should be mandatory.
Fully support the initiative taken.

Hi,

We are in full support for the same. It is not allowed in any of the decent housing societies in PUNE. IT SHOULD BE BANNED. NOT ONLY FOREIGN STUDENTS BUT ALSO ALL BACHELORS  WORKING OR STUDYING. IN FEW FLATS THERE MORE THAN 6 BOYS LIVING. THIS IS NOT A COLLAGE HOSTEL.

REGARDS,
BHARTI AND VINEET

Hi All,
To avoid such unfortunate incidents in future, why we not looking out to create a society, where the society members can jointly lay minimum set of rules. Its 2 yrs since the time NOC was issued and good time to take up society formation.

Great point by Mr.Surana. We must start the discussions for Condominium formation.

My guess is the Builder will "resist" Condominium formation till his construction work is over. We had a similar problem with this builder in Raheja Vihar, Mumbai. Only when the flat-owners get together and submit signed copies of intent does the process start. All I can say is aggressive follow-up is required with this builder.

Best,

Adarsh
