Hello All,

Please find the attached document with the details for the General Body meeting which is scheduled for 02.03.2014.

To chart our course of action at the First General Body meeting, please meet on

Saturday 1 March 2014 at 7:30 pm in the car parking area.

The Internal Ad-Hoc Committee have also approached a lawyer and taking consultation for this complete matter. A letter which was sent earlier to Raheja Management did not fetch any reply & now we have again drafted the attached letters from the Lawyer and sending it with all our concerns / issues listed in the same.

We would like everyone's consent and views on the same to solve the bigger issues & more necessary require everyone's presence so we can conclude the proceedings of the attached matter.

The committee members have really put in a lot of efforts in this matter by meeting the lawyer & gathering all the relevant information. Apart from all the running about we have spent around 13,000 INR towards legal fees and consultation which we would like to update all the residents / flat owners.

Going forward also a lot of legal & specialised consultation will be required hence we request all the members to contribute Rs. 500 per flat / apartment for the future expenses.

The money or any other formalities can be communicated to the below Committee members :

Dear Members,

Thanks again for the efforts being put in by you all to fight for our rights and seek justice.

I fully support the action. Being out of Country, I will not be able to present. However will request my father to attend the protest meet on 2/3/14 on my behalf. During the same time will ask him to pay my share towards legal advise to one of the listed committee members.

 I fully appreciate the efforts taken by the ad hoc committee to improve the working of our society.
I suppose it is the right direction to move legally in this matter and I support the same. I shall forward my contribution to the committee.
