As per Association agreement, I have already cleared my maintenance dues
till February 2014. Below is the detailed statement for the same. As informed,
I am proceeding with letting my flat B-202, to an Indian family w.e.f.
28.02.14.
My family member will be submitting the copy of rental agreement and Police
verification form before the tenant occupying the premises.

That is indeed the case. I have been writing to them on similar lines.
They have been informing me that the rate they’ve mentioned in their bills is the final rate and any discussions with the society members is not documented and approved.
Since I am not in India, I am a unable to grasp the reality of the situation.
Would appreciate feedback on what is the rate/ sq ft , that one is expected to pay on the maintenance.
Cause even if you pay off what you think is the rate and consequential total amount, they will again send you bills on the differential as per the rate they consider.
Would appreciate feedback.
