Hello Members,

A few days back, we have received the reminder for submission of VAT. Not sure how to proceed on this as the amount is quite substantial (approx 5% of sale deed value, wheras all other builders have charged 1-2% including Magarpatta City). Is the Society members taking this up on a unified manner with help of Lawyer? What shall be way forward.
