As per the circular dated 14.02.2014 from Cavalcade Properties in reference to the First Annual General Meeting called for the formation of Condominium for Phase-1 ( Buildings A & B ) below are some points for your update.
1. Mr. Ram Maitra was appointed as the President.
2. Copy of the registered Bye Laws was handed over by the Raheja Management.
3. Meeting was adjourned without any election for the appointment of Committee members.
4. There were a lot of discussion’s made with the representatives from Raheja & and an official Solicitor who were present for the meeting regarding the common issues like facilities, amenities, water, road and other general issues.
5. The officials requested a committee of 7 members be formed in form of an election and the below members were elected as per Hands in Vote.

The communication which was drafted by the Lawyer was discussed amongst the present members and a common consensus was reached to form a Housing Society as a replacement of a Condominium which would be more effective in the long run of affairs.
The appointed committee will be consulting the Lawyer with regards to the below points:
1. Formation of Condominium / Housing Society.
2. Legal procedure of receiving the Handover / Conveyance from Raheja’s in regards of Deed of Apartments / Agreements.
3. Receiving the deposits from Cavalcade.
4. Discussing all the issues & getting clear and transparent details for the same.
5. Settlement of maintenance, water, amenities & other major issues with regards to Basic Infrastructure availability.
6. Any other important points.
The present members generously contributed Rs. 500 towards the costs incurred for the below expenses:

Dear All
Further in the interest of security we should consider installation of intercom between the security cabin and each of the flats to be able to screen visitors. Also CCTV surveillance should be thought of considering remote isolated location compounded with low occupancy
