Tracking our long trailing communication in regards to the final settlement of the monthly maintenance amount for the F-series & G-series buildings; we had advised you the amounts that are prevailing in the market at the moment for similar maintenance & also had advised you our proposed value as a negotiation on the same. However, we are still in receipt of your final agreeable monthly figure. We request you to kindly advise the final decision on this; so that all owners could have settled maintenance accounts, once & for all.
In addition, since the RV3 Condominium body is already formed & is in action, we would want you to kindly communicate back in response to this email; that once the agreeable monthly amount is defined by you & all owners who have settled it, would have the Condo bank account credited with the Security Deposit (INR. 30,500.00) + Adhoc Deposit (INR 8,550.00) + Share Certificate Amount (INR 650.00) + Interest earned on all these amounts since their inceptions; against each such unit who cleared payments of agreeable monthly amount.
