Dear Members,
We would like to inform you that in requirement of the resolutions to be passed as per bye laws, all the apartment holders in the building No. F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, G1 & G2 are requested to attend the General meeting to be held at RVP3 Condominium's Gazebo, near the garden on 13th of December 2015 at 10:30 am.
Agenda for the General Meeting is as follows:-
1) Deciding on Matrix's outstanding & Security Deposit.
2) Committee taking over the maintenance from Matrix from 01-01-2016
3) Appointment of Vendors pertaining to day to day operations in the Condominium.
4) Proposing collection of monthly maintenance in advance from the Owners / Members on quarterly basis.
5) Discussion on the maintenance charges for the period of only January, February & March 2016. The maintenance cost will be reviewed post this period.
6) Interest to be charged for late payment of maintenance.
7) Sinking fund amount.
Note:- The presence in person of a one - third Apartment Owners / Members of the Condominium shall constitute Quorum for the General Meeting. In case of non fulfilment of Quorum the meeting will be adjourned by half an hour and the reconvened meeting will be deemed as fulfilling the Quorum. Such Quorum shall be fully authorised to transact the same business at the same place as per bye laws.
