Hi Pradeep,

As discussed, I have three major concerns in my Final billing for F1-301

1. Gap in Payment entry of Rs. 4,092/- I have made a payment of Rs. 1,01,865/- but in your Statement only Rs. 97,773/- is reflected (List & Payment receipts is attached)

2. Less Credit Rs. 3952/- You have given credit of Rs. 11,748/- As per Agreed terms, Matrix is providing us 15% discount on billing, as per me it will be approx. Rs. 15,700/-  

Calculation (Approx.) Net Billing Rs. 1,04,669/- X 15% (Gross Billing 1,19,846/- less service tax (Max side) 14.5% i.e. Rs. 15,177/-) 

3. Kindly explain Last three entries 

    

Apr to  Oct Diff-15	8030
Nov-15	4074
Dec-15	4092

After all corrections there may be credit from Matrix side, will you need to pay me. Kindly send revised statement at the earliest.

Further to the below email, I believe all residents have similar concerns, particularly point# 2  & 3. Please clarify on what basis did you calculate the 15% discount as well as explain the basis of the last 3 entries as highlighted below brother Sachin.

 

The clarification of the above is essential for all residents to clear their dues with Matrix.
