NOC.s Protocol

[Raheja Vistas]

Dear Owners,
Following is the procedure to obtain the NOC:-
NOC for Resale -
1) Requisition form as per our format duly filled and signed by the owners.
2) Photo copy of the previous agreement's last page showing all the signatories.
3) No dues certificate
4) Transfer fees in cheque / demand draft drawn in favour of 'Raheja Vistas Building F1F2F3F4F5G1G2 Condominium'
5) Transfer fees for 2bkk.s is Rs. - 85500/- & for 1bhk.s is Rs. - 57500/-

NOC for Rental -
1) Rental agreement (preferably certified)
2) Copy of police verification
3) No dues certificate
