Protocol For Leasing Flat To Bachelors

Dear Members,

RVP3 Condominium Committee has been receiving request from many flat owners on leasing out their Flat to Bachelors. We would like to mention that committee has its reservations due to our past bad experience in most Bachelor tenant cases. There has been instances of bachelors creating nuisance in the society and Police had to be called, we have also come across issues like eve teasing and man handling of our security staff.

As you all are aware of our society location is still not being well connected to all the emergencies and with recent movement of Police station from Mohammadwadi has only added more woes to us in difficult situation. In view of the above reasons, Committee sincerely requests all members to avoid renting out their flats to Bachelors. In cases of flat being renting out to Bachelors, committee would require an 'Undertaking' from the flat owner, if any incidence of non social or misbehavior of the tenant, committee would have the right to ask the tenant to vacate the flat immediately.  

Pls find attach the the 'undertaking format for reference.
