Kindly refer Minutes of Meeting held on 6.12.2015.

 

Pl. note the following :

 

Point no, 2 of your Minutes : Committee taking over from Matrix.  We welcome the new Committee and extend our full support and cooperation.

 

Point no. 4 if your Minutes ; As regards proposal of collecting monthly maintenance charges in advance on quarterly basis, we express our inability to pay quarterly in advance.  We will continue to pay on monthly basis Rs. 2500/- by 10^th of every month.

 

We take this opportunity to request the committee to start process of cost cutting and invite suggestions from members of  Society for the same.

[RVP3 Condominium Committee]

Unanimous resolution was passed in the meeting  in Dec general body meeting to collect quarterly cheques .if there is a delayed payment then 18% per annum delayed payment charges would apply.

Simply attending the meeting does not mean that everyone has agreed to this! This amounts to your asking us to pay for other defaulting members. You please pressurize defaulting members to pay up first and then ask those who have payed promptly and timely. You cannot charge interest on those payments which are of ADVANCE nature and NOT DUE as on date. Other members PLEASE NOTE.

It was passed unanimously. It was also agreed that interest will be charged as per Deed to deter fellow resident who will not pay in time.  It's common in all societies and condominium to collect maintenance quarterly in advance. Society is not a builder which has cash reserves to run the show. For running activity smoothly quarterly advance will be required. Also the payment to condominium has not been started so there is no question of default. Please dont get confused between Matrix and condominium.
