Dear Sirs,
We have been awaiting confirmation from your end on our various issues as referred in the trailing mails. However instead of getting positive confirmation from your end Matrix has unilaterally taken a decision of not picking up the garbage without any prior intimation from last two days.
The stench is unbearable in the buildings and the accumulated garbage is posing a serious hygiene threat to all of us. All the residents are furious at such kind of arm twisting & cheap practices, from a professional organisation supported by Rahejas.
Moreover the Matrix staff behaved very arrogantly when the residents complained them.
We request you to consider the situation as utmost important & advise your officials to immediately restore the services without any further delay .Kindly also settle all the issues, including 15% discount on the maintaince charged as discussed with Mr. Anil Mathur & Mr. Shailender Potdar during the last meeting , by 31st October 2015 so that the committee takes over the operations as early as possible.
Your favorable response will help in recovering the Matrix's outstanding at the earliest.

Please intervene. Non picking of garbage is not a solution. It will have serious health issues.
The residents were already affected by dengue earlier this month.
