4 mile run this Sunday November 17th

Come one, come all! We'll be running 4 miles this Sunday the 17th at the nature park in Beaverton  http://www.thprd.org/nature/programs/natureparkinterpretivecenter.cfm   9 am start time, unless that doesn't work and we need to start later? My son's birthday party is that afternoon, so no lunch out that day for me.

I'm excited to see you guys! Also,if anyone in Vancouver can bring me some real Sudafed, I will pay you back and franch kiss you for real. :) Okay, maybe only Ang. Lol (I'm maybe on Sudafed right now. For my sinuses. Seriously. Legit.)
