Hi everyone! With the holidays behind us, we can now focus some energy into the upcoming Ragnar Relay. There are only a couple changes this year. Unfortunately, DeAnn isn't going to be participating this year. We will be sad and miss her in van 2. :( Thankfully, Jennifer has found us a new runner! We'll have more details on our new member soon. Stacey will be taking DeAnn's place in van 2 and the new runner will be apart of van 1.

Thank you to Warren who has volunteered his Suburban once again for van 2s use. And thank you to Monica who will be renting a van 1 in the near future. She will let us know soon how much we will each need to contribute to that cost. Thanks Stacey for getting all that squared away with Monica.

Also, Warren took the initiative and reserved us 2 rooms in the WorkdMark resort for Thursday night, July 16th. He is also on a waiting list for a 3rd room. If he doesn't get it, we may want to consider reserving a 3rd room at the Raintree across the parking lot as these 2 rooms aren't as big. They sleep 6, but there will need to be sharing of beds.

Just a reminder that we will need volunteers. Warren said he'd ask his family again, but if they are busy and we can't find any one else, we'll each need to pitch in for that cost.

We plan on having spaghetti in one of the rooms the night before to carb up and visit with the whole team. I hope we are all able to make it up there early this year.

In sum, upcoming costs are: 3 rooms for night prior, rental van, gas/food, possible volunteers, and for those who don't live in Seattle or want to stay at the Embassy Suites the night after.

Not everyone accepted the invite from back in October to join the Ragnar roster. I sent another invite to those not listed. Please let me know if you don't get it!

I hope I covered everything! :) Is anyone running in the Shamrock this year?
