Angela has looked into houses for us all to stay in Blaine and Bellingham and everything has a 3 night minimum. So, we'd like to book two large rooms at this hotel - the one she stayed at last year.  Warren, don't know what you plan to do? At any rate, we need to get this figured out sooner than later, so I need to know if this works for everyone.  If so, I'll book them and let you all know your cut.

We also need to figure out lodging for after the race, but let's get this sorted first.

I reached out to my timeshare that we stayed at last year..  Currently full, but I am on the wait list. I was last year too, and still got the room...

Warren, Thanks! Does this mean you're for sure in? Sweet! I hadn't heard. :)

We need 2 rooms that sleep 13. The largest room at the other place only sleeps 7. And that's if it's available. I'm not sure if Stacey checked the availability yet. They also have one room that sleeps 6. (Again, not sure of the availability) I work until 9 tonight, so I can't check on it. Hopefully, they are both available. If not, Warren, will the room you are on the wait list for accommodate 6 or 7? I think last year that room only had beds for 4, right?

While we are discussing stuff, is there anyone who is willing to volunteer their vans? Or should we be pricing those as well? I think van 1 was considering a rental?

So far I have found rooms at the Super 8 in Ferndale. There aren't any rooms available at any of the resorts. I'm sure people just booked them again after the race last year.

Okie doke! Raintree rooms are booked and paid for. Now we work on figuring out who is staying after, whether we're renting a van(s) or not, and all that jazz.
