New documents with Kyle in them. Kyle, I hope you'll agree to be the team photographer for van 1.

Note, I added the volunteers and our new driver for van 1 to the roster also. Just so EVERYONE has all the important information. I was thinking I should add the hotels too. What do you think?

Hi Krista:

Yes. Please add the hotels on. Regarding Saturday night there are only 3 team runners who needed a hotel room. I have booked 3 rooms for Saturday night at  Best Western Plus Tempe by the Mall. It is the same hotel that Van 2 runners are staying at on Thursday night.

 

On Saturday night, Jay and I will be sharing one room. Keith is staying in one room and would like to share with a teammate. That leaves one extra room, if we need it.

 

Kyle, welcome to the team. Thursday night Van 1 is staying at Quality Inn, Wickenburg, We have a room reserved for you. Will you be needing a room on Saturday night? Let me know if you have any questions.

 

 

I will be sending out the costs for the hotel rooms next week.

No - Both Kris and I need to be back before Monday and I only have the van rented until 5:00 Sunday so we plan to drive part way back Saturday night.
