I promised some of the team I would send my shake recipe but I can't seem to connect with the group email address. Would you please forward this?
3/4 cup skim milk
3/4 cup apple juice
banana
cup of strawberries
3/4 cup peaches
1 scoop whey protein.
Whip in blender until smooth. Makes about 2/3 of an extra large 7-11 soft drink cup full. I have also experimented with blueberries, rasberries, and tropical fruit mix in various combinations to replace strawberries and peaches. They all work fine. Personally I prefer the blueberries.
