Nice manipulation, although I think it was easy for you, too, to think
that it's a mixture of tones and not one tone which resulted this
illusion because our ear follows the pattern it is used to and thus can
confuse the mind...

I think the comparison of the two tones was more interesting when one
found out that it has to do with the language also... So I think this
is worth a try. (I mean us together)...
