New STP

Hello All,

Our original STP became defunct around 2011. We have been, letting out sewage water into the street rain water drain , adding STP chemical, phenyl, bleaching powder and of late kerosene also, alternatively, trying to compensate the bad odor of drained water. 

This is neither a full fledged treating process nor the statutory way of draining into the street drain. 

Formation of a new elected government in offing, could impose heavy penalty on us for letting out untreated sewage/ utility water into street rain water drain.

Installation of regular STP is the need of the hour. Preliminary discussions are already in process. May we request all members to dedicate some time to go through three alternate proposals on hand forwarded. I tried to make a crude comparison of the three projects. 

Your learned opinion on the subject would augment your EC to choose the best of STP alternates and to go ahead exploring, technical/financial viability of implementation of the chosen STP alternate.
