INVITATION FOR THE 14TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON 27/08/2023

Dear RAGA owners

We cordially invite you to participate in the 14th Annual General Meeting of our Raga Amrita

Flat Owners Association, scheduled to be held on 27/08/2023, on a virtual basis, by joining the

web link via Google Meet https://meet.google.com/uxe-bxew-euz @11.00 a.m.

Agenda for the Meeting:

1. Welcome Address by The Secretary and Presentation of the Annual Report for FY 2022 – 2023, already

placed along with this notice.

2. Reading/Adoption of Annual Report for FY 2022 – 2023

3. Reading/Adoption of Auditor's Report/Financial Statements for FY 2022 – 2023 by The Treasurer/Secretary

4. Any other matter for discussion by members, covering queries on ‘Annual Report’, ‘Audited Financial

Statements and any other topic of common interest with the permission of the Chair.

Considering the precious time spared by the owners, some from other time zones as well, for participating in the meeting, no topic could be discussed for more than 5 minutes as multiple topics are to be covered, and unconcluded topics if, would be taken up in subsequent EC meetings, WhatsApp, etc. with full updates to be shared with all the owners.
