INVITATION FOR THE 16TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON 07/12/2025

Dear Owners / Association Members,

I am glad to invite you all to the Annual General Meeting of our Raga Amrita Flat Owners Association (RAFOA) for 2025

Meeting Details: 

Note: The same information was already posted in the WhatApp Owners Group on November 5th.

• Date: Sunday, December 7, 2025
• Time: 11:00 AM IST 
• Venue: Association Hall. (Note: Google Meet Virtual Meeting will also be set up and circulated later)

Meeting Agenda:

1. Welcome Address and Presentation of the Annual Report (FY 2024-2025). The Annual Report will be circulated in advance before the Meeting
2. Reading and Adoption of the Annual Report.
3. Reading and Adoption of the Auditor's Report and Financial Statements (FY 2024-2025).
4. Any proposal on changes to bye-laws
5. Open Discussion for Members (with Chair's permission):
• Questions about the Annual Report
• Questions about the Audited Financial Statements
• Committee formation for Infrastructure maintenance (Painting/associated civil works, Water treatment, Solar Plant, etc.)
• Other topics of common interest (subject to time limit).
• Unconcluded topics will be addressed in future EC meetings or via WhatsApp with updates to all owners.
6. Vote of Thanks.

Call to Action:

The invitation encourages all flat owners to attend the meeting and share their valuable views and suggestions, including those residing abroad in different time zones.
