Dear Contributors,

towards Water Meter Project, Please visit 'MYGATE' website/app, Go to community/Help Desk/complaints menu and raise a ticket regarding the method opted by you for refunding, mentioning under comments column, providing there, your flat no. Bank A/c. details like Account standing Name, Bank/Branch, IFSC code, whether SB or Current Account and the Full Account Number, to enable online transfer to your desired bank account, from association. Alternatively, you can express your option for refunding through cheque, you address for sending the cheques, if you are not a resident of the apartment.

You may also comment to enable treatment of your contribution as Advance Payment of MC for future months. Association will take cognizance of your comments and apprise you, the process of your request.

Furnishing details through 'MYGATE' is a safer option, as the entry towards the site is only for our flat owners and directed through ID/password login mechanism.

We have started refund and advance payment options.

We understand the COVID times and started the process with help of bank branch online to your accounts directly

We will issue one consolidate cheque with separate list of beneficiaries hard copy signed and sealed along with a soft copy. Bank will initiate the transactions as per the list given.

This is regarding my FlatG-B..Block 1. .

(Owner Balaji Swaminathan)...tenant..Mr.Sridhar.

I have paid for maintenance by BOB chq. No000074.,MRCNagar branch.,Chennai-28 on 23rd Dec 2020.for six months from January2021 to June 2021..

My tenant will take the receipt from you.

Regarding refund,Mr.Sridhar will come and give you the details. Thank you.

please use MyGate app to record 23 Dec 2020 6 months maintenance pay as "Advance". we will reconcile and approve it.

For Project meter refund, please raise helpdesk ticket under MyGate app with bank details as mentioned

Dear Sir/s

We are closing the accounts of Project Water Meter very soon, and please let us know any discrepancies in the refund amount or advance adjustment. All Helpdesk tickets would be auto closed in the next 3 days, please acknowledge the tickets by clicking on the resolve.

We made Rs 5,64,800.00 refund amount and Rs 1,75,200.00 advance adjustments in the past 10 days for all the contributors. I would like to thank Mr Kannan for reconciliation of all the transactions, Mr.Thothathri for preparing the cheques, Mr Venkatesh for verifying the KVB accounts and Mr Sankaran for handing over the cheques to the bank. RAFOA appreciates the help of the KVB branch for taking up our request and completing it successfully.

As always RAFOA is committed to deliver the promises that are decided in AGB, please help us by participating in them.
