Meeting Details:

• Date: Saturday, September 22nd, 2024
• Time: 11:00 AM IST (already informed via WhatsApp Owners/EC Group on August 26th)
• Platform: Virtual Meeting via Google Meet - https://meet.google.com/uxe-bxew-euz

Meeting Agenda:

1. Welcome Address and Presentation of the Annual Report (FY 2023-2024). The Annual Report will be circulated in advance before the Meeting
2. Reading and Adoption of the Annual Report.
3. Reading and Adoption of the Auditor's Report and Financial Statements (FY 2023-2024).
4. Election/Nomination of New Office Bearers/Executive Committee Members.
5. Open Discussion for Members (with Chair's permission):
• Questions about the Annual Report
• Questions about the Audited Financial Statements
• Other topics of common interest (limited to 5 minutes per topic).
• Unconcluded topics will be addressed in future EC meetings or via WhatsApp with updates to all owners.
6. Vote of Thanks.

Call to Action:

The invitation encourages all flat owners to attend the virtual meeting and share their valuable views and suggestions.

Additional Notes:

• The time limit for discussion topics is due to the meeting being virtual and the need to cover multiple topics.
• Owners residing abroad in different time zones are also encouraged to attend.
