Dear Secretary

The efforts of office bearers to maintain Raga Amrita financially and physically fit is enormous considering the fact that many young persons are spending their spare time for us all. As the building ages the escalation of maintanance cost is inevitable. That this increase is coming after fourteen years itself is speaking volumes of care our association takes 

Hence you need not feel appologetic for this increase as this increase is meant to give the same amount of efficiency that your team had been rendering. We assure you that we owner members would support all your demands that justify the end result.

I am sure all owners would agree with my views.

Dear RAGA Office bearers,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each one of you for your extraordinary support in your selfless service for the exemplary work done by you.  I have no doubt that Rs. 500/- is not a significant amount considering that our building is also getting old.  We need to maintain our apartment and year after year the Mtc. will go up and we need to gear up to handle those expenses now itself.  We need to do external painting in 2026 and we have started this in advance for us to allocate funds towards the same.  I hope all others will agree and support the office bearers in making this happen.
