recent spam

Hi folks,

Due to the recent uptick in spam, I've switched the group settings to require new members to go through moderation (approval) before their emails go out to the list. All the existing members should be able to post without this step. Hopefully this solves the spam problem without introducing too much overhead/delay/confusion.
