All entry points at Citi Field are ADA Accessible. Guests with accessibility needs may also enter through our designated accessible gates (Hodges, Seaver, or Stengel VIP entrances) even if their seating location does not grant them VIP entry.
It is the policy of Aramark to conduct the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with all applicable laws. Aramark has informed the Mets of the following Aramark alcohol service policies for Citi Field:
3. A maximum of two drinks may be sold to a guest per transaction; this limit may be modified to less than the specified number at the discretion of Aramark management for special events or special circumstances.
5. Alcohol sales in all Citi Field restaurants, suites and clubs stops at the conclusion of an event. Alcohol sales in restaurants, suites and clubs may stop earlier at Aramark management discretion or at the request of the New York Mets management.
Staff and guests who wish to bike to Citi Field can utilize any of the 11 bicycle parking racks located outside of the ballpark. The locations of the bicycle parking racks are as follows: first base side of the Rotunda, third base side of the Rotunda, outside the Right Field Gate on Seaver Way, and outside the Left Field Gate.
There are charging tables installed on the Excelsior Level (first and third base side bars) and Clover/Fiserv Level (inside the Clover Homeplate Club from Fiserv near the Jackie Robinson Rotunda escalators) for guests with access. Additionally, there are two charging tables on the Field Level behind Sections 101 and 128.
The 150-seat Citi Auditorium features plush, theater-style seats and audio/visual equipment. The Citi Auditorium is located on the Empire Suite Level, overlooking the Jackie Robinson Rotunda. This semi-private space, located adjacent to the Shea Bridge, features a view from center field and into the bullpen and is sold as part of a Group Hospitality package. For further information, please see Group Hospitality Areas.
Citi Field features several clubs located throughout the ballpark. Each club is an air-conditioned space featuring high-definition televisions, full bars, and premium concessions. Guests wishing to enter a Citi Field club or restaurant must be in possession of a ticket that provides access to that area. Each ticket identifies the clubs to which the ticket holder has access. Guests holding press passes or credentials may not enter clubs or restaurants unless accompanied by Mets Front Office staff. Club descriptions are listed below.
Located behind home plate on the Field Level, the Hyundai Club features complimentary food and soft drinks as well as two full bars for purchase to all guests with Hyundai Club tickets. Guests will be provided with a wristband upon entrance to the club.

Located inside of the Caesars Sportsbook at the Metropolitan Market. On days when it is not sold to a specific party, the tables on the tiers are open to the public on a first come first served basis. This patio space, located outside of the Caesars Sportsbook at the Metropolitan Market on the Excelsior Level, features a one-of-a-kind dining and hospitality experience and is part of the Group Hospitality Areas and sold as a part of a group package. The Designated Driver program is designed to encourage our guests to make responsible choices regarding drinking and driving. Guests wishing to participate must sign a pledge that they will not drink alcohol at the event. Guests receive a wristband indicating that they should not consume alcohol. Guests can sign up via the Ballpark App or they can visit the Designated Driver Booth located on the 1st base side near Section 115. In exchange for this pledge, guests receive a coupon that can be redeemed for a free 22-ounce fountain soda at most concession stands.

Located on the exterior of Citi Field between the Right Field and Bullpen Gates, EBBS offers locally brewed beers on tap as well as small bites. Guests do not need a game ticket to enter EBBS. Once a guest enters Citi Field they will have to fully exit the ballpark to access EBBS.
Guests who refuse to follow the direction of Citi Field Team Members or who do not comply with the Guest Code of Conduct face immediate ejection without refund and possible revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges and may also be in violation of New York State and City ordinances, resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.
Should there be an immediate need to evacuate Citi Field, guests will be given instructions via, to the extent available, the public-address/open-caption systems and televisions in the concourses. Guests are encouraged to:
Guests that exit the ballpark will not be allowed to re-enter. Guests leaving the ballpark for exceptional circumstances may be permitted to re-enter, provided they have received approval from a Security or Guest Service Supervisor at the respective gate before exiting.
Guests experiencing an issue that is not related to the action on the playing field (i.e. broken seats, unruly guests, hazardous concourse conditions) may call the Guest Assistance Number

The Citi Field Fan Fest is located on the Field Level in center field. Weather permitting, Fan Fest will be open when the first gate opens. Fan Fest closes after the final out of the top of the seventh inning. Activities include batting cages, Kiddie Field for wiffle ball, the Ford Tailgate Zone, and pictures with Mr. and Mrs. Met at designated times.
There are 51 suites at Citi Field located on two levels: Clover/Fiserv (Level 2) and Empire (Level 4). Fiserv Suites 1-10 are located in the Clover Homeplate Club from Fiserv and are accessible via the Jackie Robinson Rotunda, Hodges and Seaver entrances. Empire Suites 201-239 are located on the Empire Suite Level, which is accessible from any of the three VIP entrances - Hodges, Seaver and Stengel - via elevator or staircase. The new Ford Tailgate Zone, formerly known as the Ford Garage, is located in Fan Fest. At this location, guests can sign up to enter to win a Ford Bronco as well as a chance to participate in Tailgate Trivia.
All gates and ticket windows will open 90 minutes prior to the start of each game so that guests may arrive early to enjoy all the amenities that Citi Field has to offer. Gate opening times may vary for doubleheaders, concerts and special pre-game ceremony game dates or highly attended games (i.e. Opening Day, Subway Series, Number Retirements, etc.). Mets Gift Cards are available in any denomination starting at $5 and may be purchased online at Mets.com/giftcards or at Citi Field retail locations. Mets Gift Cards are accepted at Citi Field retail locations, concessions, parking, restaurants, clubs, in-seat service and ticket windows where credit cards are accepted. Balances of gift cards can be found at Mets.com/giftcards. Any guest at Citi Field having issues with their gift card can be assisted by Ticket Services at ATO windows 33 and 34 located in the Jackie Robinson Rotunda. The Group Sales Redemption Booth is located on the Field Level behind Section 130. Any guests redeeming a group specific giveaway, jersey package or Hats Off Package should redeem their item at this location. Bar Package wristbands for Excelsior Bar Packages, Piazza 31 Club Bar Package, and Promenade Level Bar Packages are also picked up by the group leader at this location. This booth remains open from the time gates open through the 5th inning. If a guest misses this time window, they can email [email protected].
