RADXA_ROCK Compilation Problems

I m compiling radxa_rock and I m finding lots of problems during compiling. most of all are about java files with compilation errors. For example I can say about Telephony package. It s missing constantes, methods, etc, etc.

Can you help me to understand why the source code is broken?
