Is there a way to enable the USB otg port on Ubuntu?
Because on Android I can use it with a USB otg cable, but looks like it's disabled on Ubuntu (the blue led near the port doesn't turn on).

USB otg should work under Ubuntu. Is there any kernel message after
you plug in the OTG cable with a usb device?

When I plug a USB stick, the led led on the stick turns on, but the system doesn't detect anything..
And also a mouse and a keyboard doesn't work.
On android, the same cable with the same stick, mouse and keyboard work fine.
There isn't any message after I plug a device.

USB OTG should be fixed in the latest kernel. You can try the latest
boot.img here: http://dl.radxa.com/rock/images/ubuntu/partitions/boot-linux-14-03-26.img

How can I install it? Have I to flash it with RKbatchtool or with RKdeveloptool?

Flash it with RKAndroidTool, flash the boot.img to boot partition.

I tried to flash it, but then the radxa can't boot anymore...
If I flash the ubuntu image again it works, but when I try to flash that boot partition it doesn't work

this is the boot's flash log:
